Megval\u00f3sul a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k idegen nyelvi, szakmai \u00e9s kultur\u00e1lis felk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se, majd elv\u00e9gzik a kiv\u00e1lasztott kurzusokat. Ismereteket \u00e9s tapasztalatokat gy\u0171jtenek. Napi szinten tartj\u00e1k a kapcsolatot k\u00fcld\u0151 int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny\u00fckkel. A befejez\u0151\/nyomonk\u00f6vet\u00e9si szakaszban v\u00e9grehajtjuk a mobilit\u00e1sok ut\u00e1n tervezett feladatokat. Megval\u00f3sul a projekt eredm\u00e9nyeinek terjeszt\u00e9se. A projekt hossz\u00fa t\u00e1v\u00fa c\u00e9lja nemzetk\u00f6zi strat\u00e9giai partners\u00e9g kialak\u00edt\u00e1sa eTwinning seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel, mely hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul az int\u00e9zm\u00e9ny fejl\u0151d\u00e9s\u00e9hez \u00e9s vonz\u00f3bb\u00e1 t\u00e9tel\u00e9hez. <\/p>\n\n\n\nThe Hungarian Gy\u00f6ngy\u00f6si Arany J\u00e1nos Primary School submits a School Education Staff Mobility application organized by the European Committee in 2018. Our project title is \u201cTalent Management Across Subjects\u201d. Our teaching staff does prominent educational work. We lay emphasis on teaching foreign languages and ICT. We attach special importance to talent management; our talented and gifted students participate in regional and nation-wide competitions with very good results from each subject. We have got high quality and diverse school programmes: our topic and project weeks are organised regularly with big success and we are very proud of our Arany Gala, in the frame of this show we can admire our children\u2019s artistic performances. We focus on teacher training courses in Europe, and we highly support it. We would like our colleagues to take advantages of the opportunities to gain experience and skills by studying abroad through Erasmus+. We think their professional development will cause positive changes at institutional level. Facing the challenges of the 21st century, we would like to reform the educational practice of our school and enrich our daily routine teaching with modern methodology and increase the number of our ICT-aided projects; making international relationships are essentially important to us. We created our European Development Plan, in which we describe the plans and needs in terms of quality development and internationalisation in detail. We explain in our strategy how we will integrate the competences and experiences acquired by staff participating in the educational and teaching work. Four of our colleagues are going to travel to an English-speaking language area in the summer of 2018, to Dublin, for the Teacher Training Courses of Centre of English Studies. All of them are accurate, creative and take responsibility for their career development. Baranyi Erika, who is a teacher of Maths, ICT and English language, carries out the project coordinator\u2019s tasks. She is going to take part in the \u201cContent and Language Integrated Learning for Teachers of Other Subjects\u201d course. Her choice was determined by the fact that she teaches ICT in English. Kocsisn\u00e9 Szalay Em\u0151ke is a primary school teacher, and a teacher of English language, is going to take part in the \u201cEnglish for Teachers – Methodology and Language Development \u201d course, Bojecz\u00e1nn\u00e9 V\u00e1g\u00f3 Veronika \u2013 a teacher of Maths and DIY – is going to take part in the \u201cFurther Professional Development Course: Blended Learning\u201d course and Bodn\u00e1r Gabriella \u2013 primary school teacher and a teacher of Science – is going to take part in the course called \u201d\u201eFurther Professional Development Course: Language Development \u201d. The detailed description of the courses is in harmony with the needs of our institute. Our project has three main sections: preparation, main activities and follow-up. In the preparation section we set up the project team, obtained the necessary information, ideas and documents for the application writing. We created the project schedule. In the end we submit the application electronically. In the main activities section we do practical and logistic tasks. We carry out the foreign language, professional, social and cultural preparation for the trainings. Our four colleagues attend the chosen trainings in Dublin. They collect experience and skills. They get in touch with their home school, and prepare an electronic daily blog about their professional development. In the follow-up section we carry out the tasks planned after the mobility, and we realize the dissemination of projects\u2019 results. The short-term and the medium- term goals of the project are to improve the participants\u2019 communication in foreign language as well as their intercultural competence, to renew their teaching methodology and to share the acquired knowledge. Fontosnak tartjuk, hogy koll\u00e9g\u00e1ink k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi tan\u00e1r-tov\u00e1bbk\u00e9pz\u00e9seken vegyenek r\u00e9szt, hiszen szakmai-m\u00f3dszertani meg\u00fajul\u00e1suk v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an pozit\u00edv v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat fog el\u0151id\u00e9zni iskol\u00e1nk \u00e9let\u00e9ben. Az oktat\u00e1sban bek\u00f6vetkez\u0151 gyors v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat nyomon kell k\u00f6vetn\u00fcnk \u00e9s folyamatosan meg kell \u00fajulnunk, hogy versenyk\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00fcnket meg tudjuk \u0151rizni. A projekt k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontj\u00e1ba a 21. sz\u00e1zadi Z gener\u00e1ci\u00f3s di\u00e1kok motiv\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s sz\u00e9lesk\u00f6r\u0171 kompetencia- \u00e9s szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9gfejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9t helyezz\u00fck a modern technika ny\u00fajtotta lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek min\u00e9l nagyobb bevon\u00e1s\u00e1val. Tanul\u00f3inkat olyan feladatokba szeretn\u00e9nk bevonni, amelyek hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rulnak ahhoz, hogy tud\u00e1sv\u00e1gyukat kiel\u00e9g\u00edthess\u00e9k, \u00e1t\u00e9lhess\u00e9k a j\u00f3l v\u00e9gzett munka \u00f6r\u00f6m\u00e9t \u00e9s az alkot\u00e1s izgalm\u00e1t is meg\u00edzlelhess\u00e9k. C\u00e9ljaink megval\u00f3sul\u00e1s\u00e1hoz a kulcs a pedag\u00f3gusok kez\u00e9ben van, hiszen \u0151k fogj\u00e1k ezeket a folyamatokat beind\u00edtani \u00e9s a gyerekek tanul\u00e1s\u00e1t ir\u00e1ny\u00edtani, s ellen\u0151rizni.. A kiv\u00e1lasztott k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi kurzusokon tanultak a fenti c\u00e9lkit\u0171z\u00e9sek megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ban nagy seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00fcnkre lesznek. Our project title is \u201cTrainings in Oxford for Modern Teaching\u201d. Our teaching staff does prominent educational work. We focus on teaching foreign languages. Our talented students participate in regional and nation-wide competitions with very good results from each subject. We have got high quality and diverse school programmes. We attach importance to teacher training courses in Europe, and we highly support it. We would like our colleagues to take advantages of the opportunities to gain experience and skills by studying abroad through Erasmus+. We think their professional development will cause positive changes at institutional level. We have to follow the fast changes in the education system and renew continuously to keep our competitiveness. We created our European Development Plan, in which we describe the plans and needs in terms of quality development and internationalisation in detail. We explain in our strategy how we will integrate the competences and experiences acquired by staff participating in the educational and teaching work. Two of our colleagues are going to travel to an English-speaking language area from 14 August to 25 August in 2017. Both of them are going to study at Oxford British Study Centres for two weeks. Baranyi Erika, who is a teacher of Maths, ICT and English language, carries out the project coordinator\u2019s tasks. She is going to take part in the \u201cTechnology in the ELT classroom\u201d course. Her choice was determined by the fact that she teaches ICT in English. Kocsisn\u00e9 Szalay Em\u0151ke is a schoolteacher and a teacher of English language is going to take part in the \u201cPrimary Methodology and Language\u201d course. In her course choice she took into consideration that she teaches children mostly aged 6-11 and she would like to explore new materials and resources for younger learners. Both colleagues are accurate, creative and take responsibility for their career development. Our project has three main sections: preparation, main activities and follow-up. In the preparation section we set up the project team, obtained the necessary information, ideas and documents for the application writing. We created the project schedule. In the end we submitted the application electronically. In the main activities section we do practical and logistic tasks. We carry out the foreign language, professional, social and cultural preparation for the trainings. Our two colleagues attend the chosen trainings in Oxford. They collect experience and skills. They get in touch with their home school, and prepare an electronic daily report on their professional development. In the follow-up section we carry out the tasks planned after the mobility, and we realize the dissemination of projects\u2019 results. The short-term and the medium- term goals of the project are to improve the participants\u2019 communication in foreign language as well as their intercultural competences, to renew their teaching methodology and to share the acquired knowledge.
